ESSENTIAL BOOKING INFORMATION

 

Arrival & Departure: Our rooms are ready for you from 14:00 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to leave your accommodation by 11:00.

Parking: Parking is available for free for our guests.

Internet: Free Wireless Internet is available in our public areas and guest rooms.

Bed and Breakfast: The buffet breakfast is included.

HB charge: Adults € 22, -/ day; Children under 15 years € 13, -/ day

Dogs are generally allowed on request only in our house (there are only two rooms for dogs available)
Price per day without food EUR 12, -

Tourist tax: The tax is Euro 2, - / per person per day. (Children under 15 free).

 

Reservation & Down Payment: To confirm your booking, we ask for a written confirmation. Down Payments are not necessary. If you arrive after 18:00 pm on day of arrival, we ask the guests to announce their credit card number

Payment: You can pay in our hotel in cash, EC card or credit card.
Next you can place an advance bank transfer. For business customers, we can charge the bill directly to the company.

Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend you take out cancellation insurance.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made in writing only. In case of cancellation the Austrian Hotel Regulations determinations are valid: Until 7 days prior to arrival cancellation is for free. after that we charge 90% of the room rate.
